2.8.1 broke ecs task submission, keep getting "No class found for dispatch key 'ecs-task' in registry for type 'Block'." thought it could be prefect_aws wasn't installed but that wasn't the case. Reverted back to 2.8.0 and working again now.

A fix is being released right now.
