Hi, we're now using prefect 2.0 personal plan and it seems so far so good. organization plan provides service accounts and read-only users ,but are they must-have features? because it will cost us around $7K annually.

There are several benefits to having an organization, including increased flow run retention periods and number of automations, as well as the ability to configure SSO, RBAC, and service accounts (see here for all of the features of an organization) .
