Hi all. Using Prefect Cloud i've setup a user with read-only role, but they can't see any projects. Doesn't read-only allow them to see everything in the cloud? If not how to apply those permissions?

Hi Cody, we just tested internally and readonly users seem to have access to all pages and projects as expected. Are you sure they're properly setup as a member of the team?

No, I'm not sure. They are a member within the team settings and have the Read-Only role applied. Attached is what they see.

They might need to change tenants in the bottom left corner of the UI to see the new tenant you've invited them to.
