I think actually problem is that prefect lib is conflicting with its own subdeps

Hi DJ, we run regularly automated tests that install Prefect from scratch so I’d expect those jobs to catch dependency issues. This is probably a more appropriate issue to raise on GitHub instead of Slack for further investigation
