interesting! I assume in real life you only have one flow with that name? 🙂 I'm also curious as to whether you see repeats in other projects (if you have any) and if the issue persists after a refresh?

Hi, so I have only one Flow with that name, this problem is on other projects, and its remained after refreshing the page. But I just checked (after weekends) the UI and everything looks ok.
