When you say “stuck”, are you able to navigate to other screens? What happens when you refresh the page? Again - is this on prefect cloud or server?

literally stuck on this for hours ... opening new tabs... happens to to other users on the team as well

looks like one of your agents is failing to load, can you give me your tenant id?
