1. In some cases, there have been issues like the flow being marked as "paused and never resumed" even though tasks inside were still running. This seems to be a bug with the Prefect Cloud + ECS Push work pool combination.

2. Another reported issue was when pausing and resuming from within the same task execution in a `.serve` flow, which caused the process to hang and duplicate submissions to be detected.
