Hello, I am unable to invite a new team member to Prefect. I have sent and re-sent the invitation and my team mate has scanned their junk and spam folders, and the email never seems to arrive. Is there another way I can go about adding a member that is more direct?

Hey Roger, Requests like this are best handled through our support email help@prefect.io that said if you can ping me the email of the user you're trying to invite I can try triggering the invite on our end, most commonly issues like this need to be addressed by your email domains admin since the domain rules play a role in whether or not the email is received.
