Hi Everyone! Can anybody help to install Prefect on windows?  I am following this video <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5DhwVNHWeU> and when I enter commands nothing works as the person is doing in the video.

After installation, you may need to manually add the Python local packages `Scripts` folder to your `Path` environment variable. - have you done this
