Heya!

I'm trying to create a new variable in Prefect Cloud UI and apparently following "Name" is not allowed
```prefect_flow__dbt_oracle_dwh__image_name```
due to
```Name may only contain letters, numbers, and underscores and may not begin or end with an underscore```
However this, is allowed
```prefect_flow_dbt_oracle_dwh_image_name```
So it looks like it does not allow `__` anywhere in the name
_If this is intended, perhaps would be good idea to include such case in the warning_ :confused:
