. I want to create multiple deployments with the same image. I don’t want the image to be built each time, so I am looking for a way to pull a specific image from GCR for each deployment. Here I don’t see any option to specify

Hi All, Has anyone encounter duplicate key error on postgresql when running multiple flows concurrently?

duplicate key value violates unique constraint "uq_configuration__key"

Has anybody had success with running prefect agent locally as a background process on a windows machine like you can do with supervisor on a linux system? I've found this thread https://discourse.prefect.io/t/how-to-run-your-prefect-agent-as-a-background-process-with-supervisord/1551. but seems like supervisor-win might be broken currently. How else could i go about this?

Is there any way to attach some kind of listener to a flow as it changes states? In Prefect 1 I would have done this with state handlers, but those don’t seem to be an option if I’m looking to monitor the flow status instead of task status. My use case is to sync the Flow status with our legacy (homegrown) orchestrator to help perform the migration, so it can almost be thought of as custom notifications.

Hi there, is it possible to use https://docs.prefect.io/api/latest/tasks/files.html file operators with files hosted on SFTP with user/pass? Or another to use prefect to fetch files from SFTP?
