Setting the `apollo_url` under `[server.ui]` in the `.prefect/config.toml` file does not appear to be working. How do I change the host that the UI will call to access the API?

this is how it's supposed to be set - just an example:

endpoint = "<http://localhost:4203/graphql>"

  [server.ui]
    apollo_url = "<http://localhost:4203/graphql>"```
