Is there a way to see the flow runs for a flow that occurred more than 7 days ago? We have some flows that only run once a month and can't tell whether they successfully ran last time if it was more than 7 days ago.

Hi Carlos - Workspaces on our Personal (free tier) plans only keep flow runs for 7 days. The self-serve Organization tier has 30 days, and Enterprise is longer (customizable). If you're interested in a 14 day free trial of an Organization, it's easy to create and you can transfer your workspaces there immediately. Just click this link while logged in. Organizations have things like: • Longer flow run retention • 72 hours of audit logs • Roles (on Personal everyone is an admin) • Service accounts • Enforced SSO

Does the plan revert back to personal after the trial runs out?

Hi Chris. We have either Organization or Enterprise tier at my organization, yet I only see 7 days. Is this something that needs to be toggled separately?

@Carlos Cueto got it - didn't realize you were on Enterprise. If you can email support@prefect.io with the workspace ID they will open a ticket and fix that for you.
