Hi team, do we use `PREFECT_SERVER_UI_API_URL` or `PREFECT_ORION_UI_API_URL` after the <https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect-helm/pull/114|rebranding>? Thanks!

Ah based on <https://docs.prefect.io/api-ref/prefect/settings/#prefect.settings.PREFECT_ORION_UI_API_URL>
seems the right now is `PREFECT_UI_API_URL` now :slightly_smiling_face:

And there is a `publicApiUrl` when deploy from helm.
