hi it looks like my prefect runs are continuing to duplicate in the ui (and I have about 160,000 runs). I would like to be able to delete these flow runs either through the prefect cli or through the python api. the delete command for prefect only deletes one at a time- and there is no select all option in the prefect ui. any suggestions on how to do this efficiently would be helpful!
