Is there a way in prefect 1.0 to have task/flow concurrency and if other scheduled runs get submitted but the limit of concurrency is reached, instead of queueing just cancel those runs. thanks.

You can set up an SLA if a run doesn’t start for X amount of time, to cancel it.
