Have state handlers been removed from V2? I need to use custom logic to determine whether or not I should retry, is there a way to do it in V2?

Hello Christopher, for my scale right now the self-hosted solution is sufficient so I'm not using the Prefect Cloud. Are automations not a part of the self-hosted sdk?
