Another question for the team: are there plans to allow for plugging in our own Notification plugins? (Orion open-source) And/or would there be interest in a PR for supporting Mattermost ?

I would be very interested in a mattermost block! I started toying but I need an active webhook to test against.

Cool -- I'm not able to do this just yet (our dev Mattermost server is being setup now), but I was thinking that since the existing Notifications framework uses Apprise library, this is probably as straightforward as adding in support for https://github.com/caronc/apprise/blob/master/apprise/plugins/NotifyMattermost.py

Hi @Hans Lellelid and @Tim Galvin Went ahead and opened a PR that adds this here, should be able to get it in next release. as Hans mentioned, it was pretty straightforward since we're already using apprise! once you try it, let me know if anything isn't working as expected 🙂
