Prefect Community

We’re randomly running into tasks crashing with
```Crash detected! Execution was interrupted by an unexpected exception: RecursionError: maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object```
And no additional logs available. Any ideas?

EDIT: Prefect 2 :slightly_smiling_face:

Bumping this; something in prefect is creating some race conditions where this may or may not happen...

Can you provide more details about how you are defining the tasks or flows?
