When I am in Prefect 2 cloud and click on “Workspace Collaborators” I get taken to a 404 page. I am not sure if this is because I don’t have the right permissions or if there is something else going on?

Thanks for flagging @Jean-Michel Provencher - that is likely a permissions issue. Only account owners can add collaborators to personal accounts.
That menu item should be hidden if you don't have permissions and currently isn't. We'll get a fix for that.

I believe that the 'workspace collaborators' menu item should only show up for personal account workspaces, which only have an owner and collaborators (no 'admin' role). If you own the account that the workspace is part of, you should have access to the collaborators page.
For multiple owners, you'd want an organization (where the menu item should say 'workspace sharing')
