Is there limitation on the numpy version with Prefect 2.7.6?

my numpy version is: `numpy                      1.24.1`

and I get an error when running:
```$ prefect deployment build ...```
the error is:
```encountered an exception: AttributeError("module 'numpy' has no attribute 'typeDict'")```
