seeing some odd behaviour with prefect 2.7.7 and `prefect-snowflake`

I set-up my `SnowflakeCredentials` block for username/password auth but I get the error:

```Do not provide both private_key and private_key_path; select one.```
See screenshot. The UI is saying those are both set to None

Have tried deleting/re-creating blocks etc. to no avail

hmm seems like a bug (cc: <@U0330PHG76J>) - although I'm having a hard time reproducing

did you create the block with Python or from the UI? also could you share your `prefect-snowflake` version?

Thanks for reporting; should be fixed in <https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect-snowflake/pull/63> and probably released tomorrow.
