Two options here but they're both manual (today). We can either change your email address for your existing user, OR you can create a new user and we can transfer that workspace for you to that new user.
You can currently transfer workspaces self-serve between Personal and Organization accounts (Workspace Settings --> Transfer), but transferring Personal --> Personal account will require some more security settings as we don't want users transferring workspaces to people that don't necessarily want them.
