Prefect Community

i am getting this  `sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (sqlite3.OperationalError) table flow already exists`  when I try to run `prefect storage ls`  OR `prefect storage create`  i am using prefect==2.0b6

default storage has been removed in favor of file systems, check the latest announcements in <#CKNSX5WG3|>

I'd recommend waiting for a stable GA release on Wednesday before troubleshooting storage issues further, as this is all subject to change until Wednesday
