Prefect Community

Heya!  How do we add tags to AWS ECS containers launched by Prefect?  Like, what arguments do we pass to `DaskExecutor` and/or `ECSRun`?

I suspect this would go in the task definition passed in to ECSRun but if you use a DaskExecutor, the tags may not propagate there. Seems like ECSCluster takes a tags argument based on <https://cloudprovider.dask.org/en/latest/_modules/dask_cloudprovider/aws/ecs.html|this>

Aha!  The one in `DaskExecutor` was actually straightforward, but for `ECSRun`ya need to add

{"name": "PROPAGATE_TAGS", "value": "true"}, ```
under `environment` under `containerDefinitions`, and the tags need to be under `run_task_kwargs`
