Hi all, for some reason my pipeline has been failing for a few days, but I never received an alert on this in our Slack channel- any ideas why this would be? I want to make sure this doesn't happen going forward

How is your alert configured? Automation or State Handler?

I think automation? I have 3 others that are state handlers I believe that are defined in the flow but the failure one isn't expecitly defined in the flow

Do you still see your automation in the UI? Have not seen any reports of automations not working so far. Will check

Oh actually, you could try going to the Team -&gt; Automation Actions and then clicking the best button

actually I think I was using a cloud hook

I think I just didn't have a cloud hook for the new pipeline :sweat_smile: thanks!
