Hey all, I'm getting an error upgrading from prefect

1.2.2

to

1.2.3

Installation appears to work as expected but I get the following when I run

prefect server start --postgres-port 5433

Has anyone else encountered this or did I miss some migration notes somewhere?

Is your docker client running? do you have docker-compose set up and working on your machine? afaik, 1.2.3 didn't introduce any changes that would require Server migration, it looks more like an issue with your Docker client
