Hi, Can we use the dark UI in a locally hosted prefect instance, if yes, can anyone tell me how? Thanks

since Server doesn't have user management and dark mode can be enabled in user settings, you can't enable that on Server, but perhaps try a Chrome extension Dark Reader or similar? this would turn any page to a dark mode
