06/30/2022, 9:20 PMWe've been noticing this too. I have a PR open to enable retries on fetching a secret, but the retries might not actually help if there's an issue with the infra currently.

it has been fixed and you shouldn't see any issues retrieving Secrets in Prefect Cloud 1.0 - if you still do, please let us know and send us your team/tenant name
