Hi #prefect-cloud I’m trying to invite users to my workspace as collaborators in the Cloud, but they somehow don’t get access. In the “Workspace Collaborators” section, their status is “pending”. Is there a known bug on this, or am I going about this in the wrong way?

Hey @Jesper Bruun Hansen Were they able to accept the invitations via email to join as collaborators, pending ultimately just means that you sent an invitation and it hasn't yet been accepted by the users you invited.

Yes, they were, but when they logged in, the did not have access to the workspace. I later found out, that if you change the name of your workspace after you send the invite, the error occurred. So I resend the invitation, and now they can enter!
