for data pipeline stuff I named my parent flow `manage` and its children `ingest`, `transform`, `validate`, and `sync`

guess I didn't read the tweet lol. Parent flow is my answer

Manage sounds good, I'd personally probably go with Manager instead. Not a bad name if we needed multiple top-level flows, hmm.

`Lord of the Flows`, surely. (Haha, I actually haven't used them.)
