I have two users as team members, and I am getting `Your team has no users available.` The invitations page is also empty and I can’t add another user.
P.S. I had three members before, one member was removed.

On which Prefect Cloud tier are you? Could you send a message to <mailto:sales@prefect.io|sales@prefect.io> to cross check that with the Sales team?
