Hi together, For our customer we have set up Prefect Server 1.1.0 on an EC2 instance. The customer would like to have a SSO with load balancer in front of it, but as soon as this is activated, the Prefect UI no longer connects to graphql, although this is started on the same instance and also with prefect server start -expose. Can anyone help here how best to implement this or why graphql does not connect? Thanks in advance!

If you need SSO, it would be better to use Prefect Cloud since this is available directly. There is no support for that in Server and unfortunately, I can't help with that since providing auth with SSO is an entire application of its own.
But maybe you'll here from someone in the community who tried to do the same

Thanks for your reply. Our customer decided against the cloud version, so now we have to try to map the client's wishes in Prefect Server somehow.

Why did your customer decide against Prefect Cloud? If this is about security and privacy, Prefect Cloud has this unique hybrid execution model that provides the convenience and benefits of the public cloud with the security of an on-prem architecture. And we are now even SOC 2 certified: https://discourse.prefect.io/t/the-fourth-launch-week-initiative-sock-day-marvin-challenge-and-release-of-prefect-2-0-collections/501/2

Basically, it was simply the price of the enterprise contract
