Was wondering if there is something similar to https://docs.prefect.io/api/latest/tasks/aws.html#lambdainvoke for prefect 2.0? was looking in the collections and didn't see anything

Not yet, but we already have a Prefect Collection for AWS tasks and flows in 2.0 - you can contribute a PR if you'd like here
