Hey everyone. Not sure the right person to address this to, but I'm having issues with creating Prefect Agents in Azure. The error I'm receiving is "This offer is not available for subscriptions from Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution Providers." Is this something the Prefect team can enable, or is there other guidance on how to configure a subscription that will enable me to use the Agent? Here's an article I found describing the process for enabling the CSP program: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/marketplace/cloud-solution-providers?WT.mc_id=AZ-MVP-5000120

Are you using the agent in the marketplace? But really you can make any VM and then spin an agent on it and it’s just the same

Thanks @Kevin Kho - Yes, I am trying to use the agent in the marketplace. I understand I can use any VM, I was just hoping to save on some of the setup time.

If you use it from here i think it will work? Or is this where you get the error?

Effectively the same place. I had searched from within my Azure portal to get to the Prefect Agent listing. The link you provided requested contact info for Azure sales, and ultimately brought me to the same page in the portal in the end, where I encountered the same error.

Ah I can’t replicate on my personal Azure account…I could dig in if you want, but I think we’d both end up talking to Azure haha. Happy to do that if it helps you though, just may take some time

Thanks Kevin. Not sure if you saw the link I added to my original post, but it sounds like it's a setting that needs to be enabled by the Prefect team on the marketplace listing. I have no idea what the implications of that setting are, but the change itself sounds relatively straightforward.

Ah I see. Thanks for clarifying, I missed that. I can hand that to the person on our end responsible for the listing

Hi @Kevin Kho, just following up to see if this was passed off to anyone. Thanks!

Yeah it was actually and it was discussed. I think we’re still exploring the full effects of toggling that on in Azure
