    Hi Tim, can you DM me your current Cloud email address, the email address to which you would like to change your account, and the tenant ID? I would forward this to a colleague who can help more

    if you would send those email addresses and your team name (your Cloud URL) I will forward it directly to a colleague who can help more to avoid back and forth
    btw in Cloud 2.0, this is possible directly

    How do I access Cloud 2? Can I upgrade somewhere?
    Nevermind, found it on https://docs.prefect.io/. Do we need to create a new account, can our old account be upgraded or how dow this work?

    great question! You need to create another account since Prefect 2.0 and Cloud 2.0 are not just upgrades to Prefect 1.0 - those are completely new products with a different API and infrastructure. This page may clarify things
