Hi Anna. The concern is that the flow finished but we have no indication in the UI. Also, this is a child flow kicked off by a another flow that does other things. If this child flow does not finish, the downstream dependencies don't run. This problem does not happen every time, but it we have seen it a few times and can't figure out why. It always happens when it's running a ShellTask. The task normally takes a couple of hours to finish.
