If a Parameter is a boolean, can I use this to trigger optional flows, to allow UI control for options?  Something like:

```save_s3 = Parameter(...)

if save_s3:
    load_s3(dataset)```

you can't use if/else in Prefect 1.0 - you could in Prefect 2.0

in 1.0 you would need `case()`
