If you're on Starter, the self-serve path is in Org Settings → Billing → Upgrade in Prefect Cloud: app.prefect.cloud. For current plan limits and pricing, check: prefect.io/pricing I can’t verify or change plan entitlements from here, but in general the Teams plan is a different plan tier rather than “Starter with Teams limits at the same price.” If the UI doesn’t offer that exact option at your current price point, it likely isn’t available self-serve.
