Short answer: ECS Serverless (the “ECS Push” work pool) is a Prefect Cloud-only feature — it’s not included in open‑source Prefect Server.

If you’re on open source and want to run on ECS, use the hybrid ECS worker instead: create an ECS work pool and run a worker (requires the `prefect-aws` integration). Happy to share setup steps if that’d help.
