Is the `prefecthq/prefect:3-latest` docker image using the latest UX? It looks different from the prefect cloud UX, but I could be wrong

The UI looks different between the docker image and cloud

And I remember someone mentioning that Prefect had recently updated the UI

the open source UI and cloud UI are different in several ways, that'd be expected. or do you mean something else?

Just a bit confusing, because I'm we want to use prefect cloud for PROD, but then use the docker image for local dev. Is there a different recommendation for this setup?
