@redsquare - I know you've logged out and back in but I suspect this may be that our build has somehow cached and hasn't updated with some changes we made yesterday. Can you do me a favor and try an incognito window? It's possibly related so I'm also going to ask you to remove your service workers and see if that clears it out:
1. Open the dev console
2. Go to Application
3. Select Storage
4. Make sure 'Unregister service workers' is selected
5. Click 'Clear site data' and then refreshing the screen.

Once you've done that can you come back and let me know what you found. If that fixes it, we need to look into our build and make sure users are not getting a cached version of the UI. If it doesn't fix it, I need to dig into this specific issue more deeply!
