What to do when you get a 404 page in Prefect Cloud?

Hi - I am getting permission issues when logged into the UI - clicking either of my two workspaces gives a 404 - the {workspace}/permissions call is returning
{"detail":"Not Found"}

Hi @redsquare - can you try a hard refresh here? I think there should be a “scopes” api call but I don’t see it in your network tab.

@Jenny Hi - no scopes call anywhere - even after logging out -> back in - using google auth btw

@redsquare - I know you've logged out and back in but I suspect this may be that our build has somehow cached and hasn't updated with some changes we made yesterday. Can you do me a favor and try an incognito window? It's possibly related so I'm also going to ask you to remove your service workers and see if that clears it out: 1. Open the dev console 2. Go to Application 3. Select Storage 4. Make sure 'Unregister service workers' is selected 5. Click 'Clear site data' and then refreshing the screen. I made a little video to help with that: https://www.loom.com/share/dafeab2bab59436b8f724a420820a3f9 h Once you've done that can you come back and let me know what you found. If that fixes it, we need to look into our build and make sure users are not getting a cached version of the UI. If it doesn't fix it, I need to dig into this specific issue more deeply!
