Quick checks
- Confirm the emails aren’t in Spam/Junk/Promotions and that your recipients are searching for “Prefect Cloud” or “invitation”.
- Verify the email addresses (no typos) and that your org’s Cloud region matches where you’re working (US vs EU).
- Ask your IT to allowlist the
prefect.io domain. Many org filters can hold or silently drop transactional emails.
Check and resend the invites
- In Prefect Cloud, go to your team management page and look for pending invitations. From there, you can resend the invite.

- If you see an option to copy an invitation link in the UI for a pending invite, try sharing that link directly with the invitee as a workaround.
If your org uses SSO/SAML
- Make sure the invited email domain aligns with your SSO configuration and that users are logging in via your IdP’s flow (not email/password).

If invites still don’t arrive
