Hello, we have had a flow scheduled every night that has run successfully, but two nights ago it did not submit to the prefect agent and we are not sure why (no configs have been changed). Is it possible to use the audit trail to see if/when a scheduled flow is submitted to the agent, or any information around the submission of scheduled flows?

Hi Tyler, Agents are pull only (outbound connections to the API). Do you use Prefect Server or Prefect Cloud? What state is the flow in ?

Hi Christopher -- That's right, my mistake. We use Prefect cloud. The scheduled instance of the flow is not showing in the UI at all, but the other days runs are showing up.

That’s definitely odd; how were these flows scheduled? The agent not picking it up, would be a result of it not being scheduled. The result of it not being scheduled though is a different story - how do these get scheduled in the first place, and is it possible the flow run was deleted before it could run

The flow is scheduled via the UI (cron), running daily at the same time. I suppose it is possible that it was deleted, although I don't see any sign of it and none of our users (knowingly) did so. That's why I was hoping I could use the audit trail, or some sort of event logs to see if anything happened related to that scheduled run. It seems very bizarre that it would be outright missed

We do have audit logs as an enterprise feature, but I don’t know that we would retain that record otherwise
