Hi @Nick Coy - thanks for letting us know. We saw a potential issue earlier today and thought we had a fix for it. Would you mind sharing what you are seeing in the dev console (command + option + i)?
If you need to fix it quickly a hard refresh (command + shift + r) should work but if you can help us with any info first we would very much appreciate it!

i'm also seeing this, hard refresh doesn not solve things
i was able to load it in an incognito window though

Hi @Alix Cook - I'm guessing you are also on chrome? Can you share what you're seeing the dev console? And once that is open can you share what is in the network tab? You should then be able to right click on refresh and see the option to empty cache and hard reload - can you see if that fixes it for you?

i actually never knew you could hard reload like that

I won't tag here because it's the weekend but wanted to share that we think we've gotten to the bottom of it. It's from a bad service worker so although a hard refresh should clear it, to remove the problem we advise also unregistering service workers. To do that you can: 1. Open the dev console 2. Go to Application 3. Select Storage 4. Make sure 'Unregister service workers' is selected 5. Click 'Clear site data' and then refreshing the screen. Hard refresh worked for me. EDIT: But if I then do a refesh that isn’t a hard refresh the screen is white again. Following the Unregister and Clear site data steps above resolved the issue for good. πŸ™‚
