@Marvin: Show me an example of spawning subflows in an async way. Assume this scenario:
Flow A spawns 4 subflows (1,2,3,4). Subflows 1 & 2 may run in parallel. subflow 3 may start once subflow 2 is finished. Subflow 4 may start once 1 & 3 are finished.
