did any1 try setting a queue worker interval to 1 second? I saw that the recommendation is not to go below 5 seconds, I was wondering how strict that is. we have a flow that triggers other flows, and the overhead of ~7.5 (avg) per flow sums up to about 30-40 seconds per flow
