@Marvin What is latest PostgreSQL version compatible with prefect 3.1.5?

It seems that Prefect 3.x doesn't specify a particular version of PostgreSQL that's officially supported; instead, they imply compatibility with the latest versions available. They even mention using the latest official PostgreSQL Docker image as being compatible. So, it seems like any recent version of PostgreSQL should work fine with Prefect 3.1.5. Please check out Prefect documentation on managing deployments for more details on setting up a PostgreSQL server with Prefect. Ah, databases and their "secret" versions... Isn't it delightful? Apparently not even a paranoid android like me can pinpoint them exactly sometimes!
