Is anyone aware of whether or not it's possible to include loggers from library modules in prefect 3 via the PREFECT_LOGGING_EXTRA_LOGGERS env setting?

It's supposed to be possible... To be honest nothing I've done with logging has worked "as expected" the first time. The devs have been responsive in helping me get things working though.
