⢠I'm on ubuntu and cloud
⢠I can see my work queue in cloud matches the work queue my agent is looking for
⢠but any flows I schedule turn late and my agent isnt doing anything
Is there anyway to:
1. turn on some more logging for the agent?
2. Some sort view in cloud that shows the agents that are connected, and which work queue they're connected to ?
Thank you for š¦ - following the instructions in the slack above solved my issue (after I connected to the correct profile)
But I did not have my directory/environment setup exactly as above earlier today and it was not working - so that solved my issue for anyone else hitting the same thing !

Thanks @Anna Geller! Yep for other users (especially new ones) I think an agent page or some more diagnostics on the cloud side would be very helpful
